Meet the Team

Kristen Aguirre, MD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist, Dermatologic Surgeon, and Expert Cosmetic Dermatologist. After graduating with High Honors from The University Of California, Davis with a Bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, she returned to Orange County, where she performed extensive research on the spread of MRSA and other skin infections. She then headed out to Columbus, Ohio where she graduated Magna Cume Laude while obtaining her MD at The Ohio State University College Of Medicine. It was there, while helping run a local free clinic, that she discovered her love for dermatology. She expanded her Ohio State dermatology training with time spent at UT Southwest in Dallas, TX, as well.

After graduation, she completed her Internal Medicine training at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, CA. Finally, she completed three additional years of advanced dermatologic training at UC Irvine, where she served as the Resident Director of Surgical and Cosmetic training. She also received the Resident Teacher of the Year award. She has worked with some of the world’s experts in aesthetic dermatology, laser science, complicated medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, and Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery. She also received advanced training in surgical reconstruction at UC Irvine, UC Davis, UC San Francisco, and in Santa Barbara, CA. When outside of the clinic, she is a loving wife and mother. She and her family love to spend time cooking together, playing in the vegetable garden, and exploring all the different parks and playgrounds in the area.

Since starting her career, she has dedicated her time to furthering her education and achieving the status of Master Injector, and Expert Cosmetic Dermatologist in the areas of energy-based devices. In addition to her patient care work, she also acts as an Expert Speaker at aesthetic conferences and a resource for regional colleagues in need of advice on managing difficult cases and complications. She has a passion for providing safe, natural-looking results for her aesthetic patients and believes that by using the right strategies, this can be achieved safely, effectively, and with minimal risk. She was voted Top Doctor in San Diego Magazine 2023. She was awarded the title of Agnes RF Premier Provider in 2024 and became the World Surf League’s (WSL) team Dermatologist in 2024.

Mahsa Abdollahi, M.D., is a double Board Certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist, with 16+ years of experience in medical and surgical dermatology and tissue diagnosis of skin conditions. Specializing in both dermatology and dermatopathology gives her the tools to diagnose and treat her patients in a comprehensive manner. 

She grew up in Holmdel, New Jersey. Her interest in helping others along with her family’s strong ties to medicine inspired her to become a physician. She moved to Southern California to attend UC Irvine, graduating magna cum laude. She received her medical degree from UC Irvine where she was the recipient of multiple awards for excellence in basic science and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and received the AOA Award. Dr. Abdollahi achieved extremely high marks and gained attention for her skills. After graduating from UCI, she completed an internship at UC Irvine Medical Center and continued her residency at the highly renowned University of Minnesota. During her time there, Dr. Abdollahi was honored for her expertise, her skill, and her dedication resulting in her position as Chief Resident. She then completed a Dermatopathology fellowship under the mentorship of renowned Dr. Golitz and Dr.Fitzpatrick at the University of Colorado. Dr. Abdollahi is a dedicated and knowledgeable physician able to address the needs of her diverse patients. Her expertise and training within Dermatopathology, deems her the head of the dermatopathology sector of our practice. She enjoys working with each patient in an efficient and productive way to find solutions for their routine or complex skin conditions. Her love for her patients shows in her positive attitude during every visit. 

Dr. Abdollahi is an avid sports fan and a world traveler. She loves to read and often exchanges book recommendations with her patients. She is a loving wife and a very proud mother. Dr. Abdollahi is gladly accepting new patients.

As a double board-certified plastic surgeon with the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Dorfman trained for 15 years after completing his undergraduate education in psychobiology at UCLA, thereafter earning his dental degree as a Bruin. Dr. Dorfman finished medical school at UC Davis and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery and additional training in general surgery at UC San Francisco. He then completed his full residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at UC Davis and ended his surgical training with a fellowship in craniofacial surgery in the Division of Plastic Surgery at the prestigious Stanford University. 

As a testament to his unparalleled expertise and compassionate character, Dr. Dorfman was a Fellow for Operation Smile, a charitable organization dedicated to performing much-needed medical intervention, including cleft lip and palate surgeries for impoverished children in Mexico, Nicaragua, and India. Each month, he continues to dedicate his time to treating underprivileged children in the greater Los Angeles area requiring his highly skilled medical expertise to address complex cleft and craniofacial problems. 

When not in the operating room, Dr. Dorfman can be found running mile after mile and enjoying his three children.

Camille is a Registered Nurse with over eight years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine. In addition to her patient experience as an Aesthetic RN, she acts as a Clinical Aesthetic Educator with Aesthetic Management Partners, a high-end boutique aesthetic device company. Her experience educating aesthetic providers throughout the United States on a comprehensive array of aesthetic devices and procedures makes her an authority in the aesthetic industry.

Camille graduated from California State University Long Beach in 1998, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Camille’s path to medical aesthetics began as a patient when she was seeking treatment for a common skin disorder. Through personal experience, she knows the benefits of non-invasive procedures and quality, medical grade skin care. Her ability to create natural-appearing enhancements to the skin, face, and body with advanced technology and techniques is only one of the reasons her patients trust her with their beauty goals. 

Camille also has a gentle and caring approach and is dedicated to providing optimal outcomes; treating all of her patients with the same care and dedication she received. Camille has worked with prominent plastic surgeons in Newport Beach and San Clemente where she provided postoperative care in addition to performing a wide variety of aesthetic treatments. She has extensive experience with neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Jeauvau, Xeomin, Daxxy), dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), medical grade facials, non-invasive hair restoration, and a comprehensive array of energy-based devices, (lasers, radiofrequency, plasma, etc…). Understanding the value of working with talented, dedicated, and caring physicians, she is grateful for the opportunity to continue to work alongside other exceptional patient-centered providers at Regenerative Aesthetics and Dermatology (RAD). 

When Camille is not at RAD, she is traveling throughout the country educating medical professionals on how to use several of the devices used at Regenerative Aesthetics and Dermatology. 

Camille values her family above all else, spending time with her husband and 2 sons, riding bikes, hiking, skiing, and #vanlifing. She is also the proud mother of 2 of the world’s top professional surfers, and can be found cheering them on every chance she gets!

Mandy Sires is an experienced aesthetic nurse who transitioned from traditional bedside care to focus on wellness and aesthetics over 12 years ago.

Passionate about preventative health, she empowers patients to prioritize wellness over illness.

In addition to her work at RAD, she serves as Director of Operations and trainer for a Northern California aesthetics startup, and is also a nurse injector for Merz, supporting events across Los Angeles.

Meghan began her nursing career in 2006 and has spent nearly two decades dedicated to patient care. While raising her three children in San Clemente, she developed a passion for wellness and artistry that led her into aesthetics.

She discovered cosmetic tattooing in 2016, which became the gateway to a thriving career in medical aesthetics. Over the past six and a half years, Meghan has completed extensive advanced training with leading industry experts and is now recognized as a master injector specializing in dermal fillers, biostimulators, neuromodulators, peptides, laser treatments, and medical-grade skincare.

Meghan is known for her natural, balanced results and strong emphasis on patient education. She also enjoys mentoring new providers entering the aesthetics field. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, staying active, enjoying the beach, and attending live music in her hometown.
